RAIN OUT POLICY
If we get rained out before eliminations all racers will be given a new Tech Card for the category they entered before they leave (details below),
Spectators and Crew members will receive a Rainout pass.
Spectators and Crew members MUST TRADE their entry ticket at the ticket booth for a Rainout pass before they leave.

TEST N TUNE RAINOUTS
No Rainout passes will be given out for Test N Tune if you’ve made 2 or more runs or we’ve done less than 2 hours of testing before the rainout.
If we’ve done less than 2 hours of testing before being rained out all racers and spectators will receive a rainout pass

RACE DAY RAINOUTS
On Race Day if we get rained out at any time during the 4th round or in any later rounds, all class payouts will be split between RACERS STILL IN COMPETITION.
If we get rained out before the 4th round, all racers STILL IN COMPETITION will receive a Tech Card, This includes racers that bought back in.
YOU HAVE TO STILL BE IN COMPETITION TO RECEIVE A RAINOUT TECH CARD.
SORRY, NO CASH REFUNDS OF ENTRIES OR BUYBACKS.
ALL RAINOUT PASSES AND TECH CARDS ARE GOOD FOR 30 DAYS (4 race weekends) FROM THE RAIN OUT DATE.

BREAK PASS POLICY
Break Passes will only be given if you break on your first pass or if you weren’t able to make a pass at all.
IF YOU OIL THE TRACK NO-BREAK PASS WILL BE GIVEN
IF A BREAK PASS IS ISSUED ON A SPECIAL WEEKEND IT WILL ONLY BE GOOD FOR AN UPCOMING REGULAR BRACKET WEEKEND AND VALUED AT THE NORMAL CLASS PRICE.
ALL BREAK PASSES ARE ONLY GOOD FOR 5 WEEKENDS FROM THE DATE ISSUED.

TRACK RENTAL / TESTING
• Track rental $2,000 for 4 hours
• Track rental must be paid in advance
• NO REFUNDS on track rental once the track has been set up or prepped
• If incoming weather may be a factor the day of the track rental, it’s the decision of the RENTER to make a call early in advance before the track is set up and prepped to cancel or reschedule.
